The primary duties will be to sell online recruitment solutions to major blue chip companies and top end consultancies securing and maintaining a significant and profitable revenue stream.
You must develop and maintain strategic relationships at Board and senior management levels and demonstrate the ability to link and maximise customer recruitment requirements to the product.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in media sales plus ideally a year having sold recruitment advertising or having come from a recruitment background. You must possess strong customer facing skills, have a successful past in key account management and solution selling and have a solid understanding of the Internet's role within the recruitment sector.
Finally you must be self-motivated and well organised with a systematic approach to work.
